At Luckids, we're committed to delivering your premium wooden outdoor play structures safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about delivery times, costs, and procedures.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United States (all 50 states)
- United Kingdom
- European Union (all member countries)
- Canada
- Australia

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons (holidays, promotional periods).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We work with trusted shipping carriers and 3PL providers to ensure your order arrives safely. Delivery times vary by destination:
United States
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (available at checkout)
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: 10-18 business days
European Union
- Standard Shipping: 10-18 business days
- Delivery times may vary by country
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 10-16 business days
Australia
- Standard Shipping: 12-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about special offers.
Free Shipping Threshold
We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Check our homepage or cart page for current promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- Link to track your package on the carrier's website
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International Orders
For orders shipped outside Hong Kong, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are:
- The responsibility of the recipient
- Not included in our product or shipping prices
- Determined by your local customs authority
- Payable upon delivery or customs clearance
We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order. We are not responsible for any customs delays or fees.
VAT (European Union & UK)
For EU and UK customers, VAT may be collected at checkout where applicable, or you may be required to pay VAT upon delivery depending on your location and order value.
Delivery Procedures
Signature Requirements
Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. If you're not available to sign:
- The carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions
- You may be able to arrange redelivery or pickup at a local facility
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships by contacting orders@luckidstoys.com.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts:
- We will contact you to arrange reshipment
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
- Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and any return fees
Shipping Damage or Loss
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us immediately at support@luckidstoys.com
- Provide your order number and photos
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund
Important: Please inspect your package upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
- Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark as delivered early)
- Contact us at shipping@luckidstoys.com if still not received
We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages from different warehouse locations to ensure faster delivery. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages at different times.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for large items)
- Military APO/FPO addresses (contact us for options)
- Freight forwarding addresses
Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), please allow additional processing and delivery time. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date. Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
Amazon FBA/MCF Fulfillment
Some orders may be fulfilled through Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service for faster delivery. You will still receive tracking information and the same quality service.
